Why use Boon30?


Boon30 takes the guesswork out of choosing automotive service providers. Our registered providers have to meet our requirements before we allow them to use our platform. This includes licensing, length of time in operation, offering warranties on parts and services, fair pricing, and a good track record of customer service.

What kind of services do you offer?


Our platform offers access to an array of automotive services. This includes standard maintenance—such as diagnostics, wheel alignment, brake changes and repairs, tire rotation and changes, oil changes, and more. Our providers also offer vehicle safety inspections, body repairs and painting, air conditioning service, and more extensive repairs and part replacements.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service I receive?


As much as we strive to promote the best service providers around, sometimes you may not be entirely satisfied with the service. In those unfortunate cases, we provide refunds upon investigation by our customer support team.

Part of what makes Boon30 different is the safety that our platform offers. Rather than disputing directly with the service provider, you can contact our team directly through our app or online service. For these reasons, we ask that all communication with your local provider occurs through the Boon30 app or website.

How do I leave a review?


When you leave a review, you're helping others to find the best services to fit their needs. A thorough review of a vendor should include the type of service you sought, how the vendor solved the issue, how quickly the service was provided, and your personal satisfaction with the quality of workmanship and the overall service provided.

What payment methods can I use?


Boon30 accepts all major credit cards.

When is payment processed?


When you schedule a service through Boon30, we collect and validate your payment method information. Payment for your services will be finalized upon completion of the agreed-upon service to your satisfaction.

Should I make payments directly to the provider?


When you authorize payments through Boon30, you agree to not make any alternative payment arrangements with vendors for that job. For easy disputes, refunds, and continued use of our platform we recommend only processing payments through the official Boon30 app or website.

What happens if I need to cancel a service?


You may cancel a scheduled service at any time. If cancellations occur within 24 hours of a scheduled job, you will be charged a cancellation fee; if you cancel more than 24 hours before a scheduled job, there is no fee.

What happens if a service provider cancels a service?


If for any reason a vendor cancels a scheduled job, we notify you and make your service request available to other vendors for rescheduling. If the service cannot be performed due to inaccurate information or other limitations that may be the fault of the car owner, a cancellation fee may be incurred.

Why has my order changed?


Vendors may use an order change to notify you of mandatory or recommended additional repairs or replacements, to maintain the safety of your vehicle.

PARTS

What kind of parts are offered by Boon30 providers?


All parts used by Boon30 vendors are subject to minimum manufacturer and installation warranty. Brand availability varies by region, but we ensure that each provider utilizes approved products to build confidence in reliability, safety, and performance. In addition to manufacturer warranty, parts installed by your vendor are also subject to the provider's warranty against installation defects.

Are your parts covered under warranty?


Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty; services are subject to individual auto shop warranty, to protect against defects in manufacturing and installation.

SCHEDULING QUESTIONS

How do I book an appointment with Boon30?


You can schedule an appointment with local service providers through the Boon30 app or via the Book Now button on our website's home page. Once your appointment is approved by the vendor, you're set.

How do I get a service quote?


From our Book Now form, you can view quotes from vendors in your area, as well as read customer reviews.

Can I reschedule?


If you need to reschedule an appointment more than 24 hours beforehand, there is no fee; if it is within 24 hours, you may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduled appointments are subject to vendor approval and availability.

WHAT IF...?

What if I don't know what is wrong with my car?


If your check engine light is on and you don't know why, or you're experiencing changes in sound, drivability, or general car performance, you can schedule a diagnostics appointment. Our professional vendors will use their diagnostic tools and strategies to determine the issue and recommend a course of action.

Diagnostics is a set fee while repairs, maintenance, or replacements will incur separate fees that are subject to the nature and severity of the issue.

What if my provider cannot fix the problem?


Sometimes parts are out of stock, and sometimes even seasoned professionals may have difficulty diagnosing issues in your car. Whatever the case, Boon30 customer service will assist you in finding another provider and the appropriate solutions for your automotive issues.
